About us
Nomada is the result of a 6 months long family trip in 2012, where we visited many countries in Africa, Middle East and India.
I remember back in the day my idea was to photograph the different cultures of every country, simultaneously as we were travelling, I fell in love with all the architectonic and decorative elements of every culture. Blanca, on the other hand was tasting different meals at every place and familiarizing herself with the flavors, trying to guess the spices used by the cooks to season their dishes. As soon as we came back, we started building what is now Nomada, with the purpose of it being a Hotel. Back then, little did we know, Blanca would become a sort of Alchemist in the kitchen, nor that we would continue to travel throughout various places, allowing my photography to be published in many famous and renowned magazines, or that the United Nations would take me on one of their missions through Africa.
Therefore, we can proudly say that Nomada is the result of a family of itinerant travelers who have managed to capture their experiences in the flavors of their exquisite food and in the subtle details of their architecture.
